REMINDER FROM THE NURSE

A quick reminder from our Health Office:

Colorado State Law requires that we maintain up-to-date immunization records for all students attending our schools to help prevent the spread of debilitating and potentially fatal diseases.

Letters were sent in June with information on immunizations that were due for existing students.  Please bring proof of these immunizations PRIOR to the first day of school.   Students will not be allowed to begin school with out proof of up-to-date immunization.
